Before every event, I always wonder…
How many people will join the Zero-Garbage Campaign this time?
Some people register in advance,
and many others come and participate on the day.
I’m really grateful for everyone’s support.
Once again, the area around the registration desk
is decorated with everyone’s goods and merchandise ✨
The Makeine art from the Suijo Building, which is currently hidden,
has even been recreated and displayed like this — we’re very grateful ✨
And of course… the snacks and treats people brought are also greatly appreciated 😋
It’s a perfect day for the 530 Clean-Up Campaign today 🌞
Registration is complete, and it’s now 1:00 PM‼
Naru, the representative of the Tsuwabuki Alumni Association, started with a greeting,
followed by an explanation of the rules and other important information.
After the representative’s speech, everyone
gathered around their team leaders ✨
Every time, I’m impressed by the amazing sense of unity.
The “Demon King’s Army,”
recognizable by their trademark yellow T-shirts,
has set off to cover the area from Nishi-Hatcho to Higashi-Hatcho…
This time, thanks to the photos provided by everyone,
we’ll also be sharing pictures from the 530 clean-up activities ✨
The Makeine characters at Tokiwa Arcade
are cheering us on and watching over the activity too ヾ(≧▽≦)ノ
Checking the gaps for cigarette butts too‼
Why would someone throw a cigarette away here⁉
Cans go into this bag…
Wait… is this actually a can⁉
There are quite a lot of cigarette butts in Matsuba Park too…
They could cause a fire, so please make sure to take them home with you…
There’s trash even in the grass…
So that our town can become a place with zero litter…
everyone works together to pick up trash…
Wearing their yellow T-shirts,
the Toyohashi Curry Udon Demon King Army’s 530 Unit
protects the city of Toyohashi for the sake of Makeine ✨
This team is covering the Toyohashi Station area.
They are conducting 530 clean-up activities across a wide range of places,
including the pedestrian deck, the east exit of Toyohashi Station, and the west exit ✨
There’s trash even in the grass near the West Station area…
Please don’t throw it away while waiting to meet someone.
That’s not okay (乂・_・´) No littering ✨
Right across from here
is Just Inn Premium, a location in the Makeine Stamp Rally 👀
It’s also nice to stroll along this nostalgic street ✨
This is the Toyohashi Park area team‼
This is the area led by our Tsuwabuki Alumni Association representative ✨
Before Komari-chan’s birthday celebration, they are cleaning up the place where the lanterns once stood
and making it beautifully clean ✨
“Weren’t the lanterns somewhere around here back then?”
I can imagine people talking about it like that ( ´艸` )
It looks like there’s still some trash in the grass 💦
A ray of light is shining down ✨
It’s like even the heavens are on the side of the 530 Clean-Up Campaign 🌞
As expected from the representative’s team,
they even capture moments like this in photos.
I really admire that 📸
All the trash everyone collected
is gathered into the large 90-liter garbage bags.
You realize just how much those big bags can hold‼
Finally, with a closing greeting from our representative Naru
and a few words from the organizers, the 530 Clean-Up Campaign came to an end…
And in a way, this is also where the “next chapter” of交流 among Makeine fans begins.
And then…
Those who take photos end up being photographed too 📸
I wish they made a Makeine T-shirt in Yamada Neko size…
All the collected trash
is taken to the recycling center by our representative…
That’s when I learned you can actually make a reservation for it lol
This UCC Evangelion canned coffee
is quite a vintage item… but I’m not going to drink it 💦
Even if it’s unopened, I’m pretty sure what’s inside is… 👼
Thank you to all the Makeine fans
who participated this time as well ✨
It was wonderful chatting and having a great time with everyone ('ω’)ノ
Here is our representative, Naru.
He has taken the collected trash to the recycling center ✨
Anything that cannot be disposed of there is handled separately.
After cleaning up the registration area,
everyone wrapped up and headed home ✨
Thank you for letting us use Matsuba Park.
